Justin is the Designated Broker for NextStep Real Estate Advisors. His Real Estate career started in 2002 helping clients financially prepare for buying as well as assisting clients as their Realtor®. As the market changed, Justin moved his focus on property foreclosures, helping clients stop the foreclosure process and rebuild credit while also working with investors to maximize the client's profit.
In 2018 Justin earned his Associated Broker License for Just In Time Real Estate working with Realty Management Associates, he continued to help clients sell and purchase residential and commercial properties throughout all of Idaho.

Dixie Grant is a third generation Idahoan who has spent her entire life right here in the Boise Valley.
She’s a graduate of Boise State University and retired from Hewlett Packard after 25 years to care for her aging parents. She has 15 years of experience as a Realtor® specializing in residential property transactions.
