When talking about Real Estate, the Treasure Valley refers to the cities surrounding Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Eagle, Star, Kuna, Caldwell, and Middleton. When looking at properties in the Treasure Valley these are the cities that agents will be focusing on.
The Magic Valley includes Blaine, Camas, Cassia, Gooding, Jerome, Lincoln, Minidoka, and Twin Falls counties including 37 cities. This area is mostly farmland with the biggest metropolitan area being Twin Falls.
Valley County runs along the North Fork of the Payette River and includes Donnelly, Cascade and McCall. Many homes in this area are second homes to those out of the Valley.
